Each season brings its own colors, moods, and rhythms — a living invitation to create.
These group art therapy workshops offer spaces for renewal, community, and transformation through artistic practice aligned with the breathing of nature.
Guided by a salutogenic approach, we explore materials such as watercolor, clay, pastels, and form drawing to awaken creativity and strengthen inner balance.
No previous artistic experience is required — only your commitment to show up, explore, and connect with your vital forces through the living experience of art.
