Every human being carries within a creative impulse that can bring balance, meaning, and renewal.
Through individual art therapy sessions, we create a safe and nurturing space where color, form, and movement become living pathways toward healing and self-knowledge.
Each session is guided by a salutogenic approach — focusing not on illness, but on strengthening what supports health and vitality.
We work in rhythm with your inner landscape, allowing the artistic process to reveal, integrate, and transform.
These sessions are open to children, adolescents, and adults seeking support through:
Emotional transitions or life changes
Grief, anxiety, or depression
Trauma healing
Personal growth and self-discovery
Grounding and creative renewal
No artistic experience is required — just a willingness to explore.
We work with materials such as:
Watercolor
Clay
Charcoal
Soft pastels
Each medium supports a different quality of inner movement, expression, and integration.
