In the heart of Wild Rose Farm, children are invited to experience the living world through art, craft, and care for the earth.
This after-school program nurtures the child’s will and imagination through meaningful, hands-on activities that engage head, heart, and hands.
Each afternoon unfolds with rhythm and purpose — kneading dough, carving wood, shaping clay, planting seeds, and weaving stories of creativity and collaboration.
Through these experiences, children discover joy in doing, confidence in their capacities, and a deep connection with nature and community.
Rooted in a salutogenic and Waldorf-inspired approach, the program cultivates responsibility, creativity, and reverence for life.
Children engage in:
Woodwork
Fiber arts (knitting, sewing, weaving)
Cooking and baking
Paper arts
Organic gardening
Artistic exploration with natural materials
Each day follows a rhythm that balances activity, rest, and nourishment.
A Whole-Child Approach
Our work follows the idea of “Wholeness Consciousness” — recognizing that every creative act, no matter how simple, contributes to the health and harmony of the whole.
