Women’s Circles - Four Directions Retreats

Seasonal gatherings to reconnect with nature, creativity, and the sacred feminine

Each season marks a turning point — an invitation to pause, listen, and reconnect with the rhythms of nature and the wisdom within.

The Four Directions Retreats are sacred spaces for women to gather in community, to create, and to restore.

Through art, movement, and contemplative practice, we honor the cycles of the earth and the cycles within ourselves.

Rooted in a salutogenic approach, these circles focus on strengthening what sustains life — warmth, rhythm, and beauty — while holding space for transformation and rest.

They are not retreats apart from life, but moments that invite us to return to it more whole, more centered, and more alive.

Guided by the Wisdom of the Four Directions

Each retreat is inspired by the energies of:

  • East: New beginnings · Spring · Air

  • South: Vitality and joy · Summer · Fire

  • West: Reflection and transformation · Autumn · Water

  • North: Wisdom and stillness · Winter · Earth

Together we weave rituals of gratitude and renewal through clay work, song, massage, color, and shared nourishment.
